1. Go to the View menu and choose Toolbars and Control Toolbox (unless it
is already checked).
2. Look for the checkbox icon and click on it.
3. Drag your mouse anywhere on the screen to create the checkbox.
4. Right click on the newly created checkbox and choose Properties from
the flyout menu.
5. Look at the Properties Window (be sure you are in the Alphebetized
tab) and look for the 7th property, which is Caption.
6. Change the caption from "CheckBox1" to whatever you want next to the
checkbox.
7. Remember that the checkbox is only clickable in Slide Show view, not
Edit/Normal view.
