Configuration Manger will pop up a “Check Out For Edit” box when I change the
configuration from “Release” to “Debug”. When I try to check out the
solution, error message pops up, “An error or user cancellation occurred
during checkout. Some files may not have been checked out. (File is
exclusively checked out by another user.)”. When I click on details button,
it shows my solution file sln and a vssscc file is exclusively checked out by
another user.
Is the other user my webserver not letting go of the files?
How do I change back the configuration to Debug?
