How do you check for the existence of new/unread email in Microsoft
Outlook 2002 using the Outlook Object Model with COM Interop, and not
using MAPI/CDO to go to the Exchange server?

For e.g this snippet uses CDOSYS for Win NT, but I want to use the
Outlook Object Model and check at the client (using the
inspector/explorer object) and not at the server.
