Hi!

I have a long list of names in one excel-file in column A with actions in column B. Example:

A B
Chris Accept
Jake Denide
Mike Maybe
Betty Accept
Harold Accept


Then, I have another excel file with names in column A and a blank column B.
Example:

A B
Jake
Mike
Betty

I need help with check if the name in the 2nd file exist in the first file and if it does, type the actions from the B column in the B column in the 2nd file (and if possible, color the cell with a color (Accept=Green, Maybe=Yellow, Denide=Red)).

Oops, my A and B column looks weird when I posted the thread. But you get the picture.
