How to check Download Speed for each Page?

Isn't there a way to have FP tell you the download speed for various
connections?

In the bottom right corner of the screen you'll see a time @ some speed (ex:
0.01@128kbps). Right click to choose a different speed and you'll see how
long it takes to download.

Open a page in FrontPage - at bottom right of screen shows the download
time.
Or, (in my opinion less accurate)
View->Reports->Problems->Slow Pages

Use the drop down (near top right) to change the minimum time displayed
in this report,
use Tools->Options - Reports View tab to change the download speed.
