check disk for consistency running on every reboot

's Computer Specifications

Starting this last week check disk runs on a reboot or
cold boot everytime. I've scheduled a check disk to run
on the next boot and it found zero problems, yet it
continues to run on every boot. Why would this be
happening? I've also defragged and ran disk cleanup.
