I completed my web site, checked it out in reports, and previewed it. When I
check it out in file/preview in browser it's not the same ! the body is
missing and the header and navigation bar multiplies itself in the body till
the bottom of the page...?

no not the same.
preview in browser if more accurate, but not as accurate as viewing the online web in browser(s).
i don't use preview at all.
