Hello,

We can't get remote assist to work reliably for our home clients. It may be
a personal firewall, software or some other reasons but we can't justify
flying to each one's home just to find out what is causing the issue for
each.

PCAnywhere is a pain if you have NAT which 99% of our remote users have.

We looked at gotomypc but that was too much hassle for the enduser to
install, uninstall etc.

Goto assist was simple enough for the end user but it is TOO dang expensive.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks!
