is there any body willing to chat using yahoo, windows live or google

Thats not typically how newsgroup support works. You ask your questions and
people post the answers if they are known, and everyone benefits from the
question and answer being public. One to one chat is just ad-hoc
consultancy, and not many people do that for free.
