A couple of options:
Set Up Show to be browsed by an individual (window) instead of browsed at a
kiosk (full screen).
Include an action button to launch the chat application (most of them sign
on automatically). If you place it on the Slide Master, it will be pervasive
throughout the presentation. Note: you'll probably get a warning message
with this option.
