When I create a chart on a slide in a presentation, and
then switch to another slide, then return to the original
slide, I am not allowed to edit the chart again.

When I double click on the chart to edit it, I get the
following error: "The server application, source file, or
item can't be found, or returned an unknown error. You
may need to reinstall the server application."

Questions and Comments:
1. It used to work properly then unexpectedly quit.
2. What is the server application they are suggesting to
reinstall?
3. What may I have done to corrupt this feature of
Powerpoint?
4. Any other suggestions?
