Hi all,
I have a chart displaying some data using a stacked column.
Is there any way that we can resize a column using one of the bottom
handles, currently only the top handle allows resizing.

The top middle handle is the only one that can be used to resize a column.
To move the bottom of a stacked column, you have to change the height of the
column it's stacked on.
