Chart will not show up on Access Report

Hi All,

I have a report that has an embedded chart (that gets calculated on
each page)

The chart shows up on ALL pages, except the first one.

If I scroll to the last page of the report and then go back to page 1,
the graph shows up

How do I get the graph to display when the report opens?

I've tried various events for the report --
