Does anyone know if ligatures (fi, fl letter combinations
in a PostScrtipt font)are supported through the character
map under Windows 2000?
I am trying to copy these characters from within a font
available in the character map, and paste them into
InDesign 2.0.2 - all I get is a pasted question mark "?"
instead of the ligature character.
I have tried various different fonts, but all the same.
Each time, charmap.exe generates errors and is closed by
windows.
OS is Windows 2000 - 5.00.2195 - SP4
