I use to used changjie ime in my window 98. I am now
using window xp and couldn't found changjie ime from my
computer.

I believe, previously, you had to install the Chinese Language Pack and if
I'm not mistaken, to take advantage of this feature on XP you have to
download Global IMEs for that purpose. If this is different than what you
are seeking I apologize.
