I was working on 2 job description files of slightly different names. When I
changed one, it made the same, but unwanted change in both.

Are you dealing with an IncludeText field?

I'm not sure what that is. I do notice the options relating to "frames"
appearing
when I right click text.

Ouch. You may have inadvertently created a "frames page." I don't know
exactly what that is except a headache (something Web-related).
