My computer changed the theme to classic and it won't allow me to change it
back. It shows a message saying the theme service is turned off, so i turned
it back on it still says the service is turned off someone please help!!!!

Confirm that the 'Startup type' is set to 'Automatic'.
( For the Service right-click and choose 'Properties' )
