I know the hard way to change forms, I can go to the Home group and
select Switch Windows, but if I change or I touch the form, the home
group changes and then I have to click home and switch windows.

Is there a shortcut to switching windows once you have them maximized,
or a way to dock the Switch Windows button?

What version Access are you running?

In A2010, you can right-click on the Switch Windows button (in the
Window group of the Home tab on the ribbon) and "Add to Quick Access
Toolbar" ... that's what I did.

OK, cool, I see where to do that. I just miss the old way to switch
from window to window.

There's been a lot of that sentiment going around ever since Office (and
Access) 2007.
