Changing Win 2000 License after install

Is it possible to enter new a new license number for
Windows 2000 system after the OS and other software was
installed on the machine?

No, nor is there any real reason to do so. It doesn't matter what product
key you use to install Windows so long as you hold a valid license for
that installation.
