I have tried to change the way user log in and off at the User Account but
unable to do so. The message is as follows:
"Client Services for Netware has disabled the Welcome Screen and Fast User
Switching. To restore these features, you must uninstall Client Services for
Netware."

However, I not sure where is these Netware in the system and how to go about
doing it.

Can someone please give your advise?

The message suggests that you have Netware networking installed
on your PC. Rather than removing this component yourself (and
possibly getting into trouble), you should ask your network
administrator to assist you.
