Hello

Iīve copied 5 video cassettes to my PC and then making a video with
moviemaker.
After i finished and burn to a CD I realize that the CD has poore quality.
So I copy again the video cassettes twice time with high quality. Then I
open my MSWMM file, choose the video clips with the right mouse button and
choose Search for missing file, choosing the new one because I hope MM use
the new one with the same time codes as the old one.
But I get a error message that the new file donīt match enough with the old
one to be a substitute. I should use other one.
Is there any possibilty to change the source datasets without complete new
composing of the whole video?

THX
Thomas

Unfortunately not. You will need to import the new ones and replace the old
with the new.
Unless you have a lot of splitting of the clip and transitions etc... it
shouldn't be all that difficult to do though.
