Changing Time Zones

I usually work on the East Coast, but sometimes need to
travel for extended periods of time to Europe. I obviously
need to change the time on my PDA, but when I do that, all
my appoinments change times to reflect the different time
zone - so, now my meetings are at 3am instead of 11am.
Same problem with my laptop.

Is there a way to change the system time on my PDA as well
as my laptop without it affecting my calendar?
