Is there a way to have my brower, IE 6 sp2, retain the setting for largest
text size between sessions. I have to go to View | Text Size | Largest
every time I open the browser. Thanks.

Hi JP :-)

Try the following and see if it helps:

Courtesy of Alan Edwards -

If IE-View-Text Size does not stick....

---solution 1
If you are using Eudora 4.2 or greater then use Tools-Options-Viewing
Mail and uncheck "Use Microsoft's viewer"
It is Eudora that is setting the IE text size and unchecking that
option will stop it.

The key that Eudora 4.x will change is this:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\International\Scripts\3]
"IEFontSize"=hex:02,00,00,00

---solution 2
In Outlook 2000 go to Tools/Options/Mail Format/Fonts/International
Fonts, and for each font
change the "Font Size" entry to your desired size.

also....

If you have a wheel on your mouse, hold down the Ctrl key and move the
wheel. This may get your fonts back to the size you want.

Hope this helps

Hi JP :-)

As for the part on Eudora in my previous reply, if you don't have it just
ignore.

Here are a couple of other ideas I thought about you might also try:

The font size in IE keeps changing.
http://inetexplorer.mvps.org/answers.htm#font_size

and....

Display properties>settings>advanced>general tab>font size>small fonts.

Hope this helps

This was the solution. Thanks. I checked the ignore fonts on websites
option.

YW and thanks for posting back.

Now, what caused that option to be enabled in the first place? This is
often a signature of a hijacker.
