Is it possible to alter text format on the Slide Master and have it reflected on the slides? If I have existing bulleted lists, and I try to make them all switch to bold by making the bullted lists bold on the slide master, nothing happens for existing bulleted lists--only bulleted lists created after I make the change on the slide master
If I change the color of the text, it updates, if I change underlining (from non to underlined), it updates, if I change the bullet, it updates..
How can I apply bold on the Slide Master and make it affect existing bullets

I'm using PowerPoint 2002 SP-2

Yes, any formatting change you make on the slide Masters will show on your
slideshow.
You can alter your bullets by going to format menu item, slide down to
bullets and numbering...and choose a larger bullet, or go into the point
size and bump it up a couple of points.

You may need to make a new copy of your presentation(with all these changes
done on the master already) and import your slides so they will
automatically take on the new template design.

Try reapplying the slide layout to the slides after you make your changes on
the slide master. This is often necessary if you've done any manual
formatting to a slide.
