Changing Text Case, Outlook 2k3

Morning all,

Apologies in advance for this one!

A user on Outlook 2k3 often has the Caps Lock on when in other applications,
and when typing an e-mail is into their third sentence before they
realise... I've tried a few options to try a "change case" command, and so
far we've had no luck.

We have tried:
* select text, SHIFT&F3
* select text, ALT&O, then E
* autocorrect options set to automatically correct accidental typing with
Caps Lock on.

None of these are doing the job - does anyone have any other ideas?
TiA,
DS
