Changing System Partition Drive Letter

For any experts out there: I recently formatted my hard
drive (to get rid of all of the smut that accumulated
through 5 years of use). After I formatted my master
drive into a raw file system, I began to reinstall
Windows XP Pro. Within the setup, I reformatted the drive
with the NTFS file system and it renamed my system/boot
drive from C: to F:. When I go to Drive Manager it won't
let me change the drive letter for the F: drive
(system/boot drive) which is understandable. I was just
wondering if anyone knows how to get the drive letter
back to C:. Thank you to everyone that reads this and I'm
not worthy to anyone who solves this. Thanks again.
