Changing Start time on Calendar

I have setup a Shared Calendar for our Marketing staff for them to schedule
meetings in September. Is it possible to configure the calendar so that
everytime they open the calendar, it defaults to the month of September
instead of the current days date?

Thanks in advance,
Scott
