Hi everybody!

i have a small business server 2003 with exchange 2003 using Outlook 2003 at
the clients.
On the server i have a distribution group with an own emailadress like
(E-Mail Removed). The incoming mail are distributed to some user incoming
folders and to a public folder.
Now i would like to change the standard form of the public folder.
When a user is in the public folder and clicks on "New" or "reply" i would
like to have the adress (E-Mail Removed) automatically inserted in the from
field.
I've made a new form and published it. When i try to change the form under
properties of my public folder i got an error message like "you cannot
provide an item like that".
How can i change that standard form for each folder?

A second question is how do i get sent items of a public folder into this
folder and not into the send items folder of the users mailbox.

Thans a lot for your help
Daniel

What you need is an Exchange event sink that changes the message class of each message received in the folder to your custom form's class. I think there's one at http://www.ivasoft.biz. If not, docs begin at http://msdn.microsoft.com/exchange/.
