FP2003 uses Dynamic Web Templates, which can be updated and in turn
update all pages attached to it.
Other versions of FP, and other types of template, are one-shot. When
the page is saved, there is no master to go back to.
However, if your banner is in an include page (or shared border), then
editing the include page will propagate to all pages using that
include.
If you use an external style sheet, then any changes to the style
sheet will be reflected in all pages using that sheet.
If you used a theme for the banner graphics, then change the graphics
in the theme.
