My Windows Mail was activated through my previous web host in Portugal, but I
changed to a new web host on 1st June and I no longer have access to Windows
Mail. I would like to still use it.
I am using cvtelecom.cv in Cape Verde.
I have an alternate mail system with the new host but would prefer to use
Windows Mail. What info do I need and from whom?
I wish to reactivate the account and email address I was using up until 1st
June.

Windows Mail is a program, installed on your Vista computer.
If you still use the same computer, you still have Windows Mail.

To access your new email account, you will need to enter the correct server
names and settings.
The email account provider should have a help page on their website.

You probably cannot continue to use your previous account because
you are no longer paying them for mail service.
Do you have an email address you want to use? If so, tell us the part
after the @ symbol.
If you want to set up a cvtelecom.cv account in Windows Mail, you
will have to ask CV Telecom what their mail servers are. I'd look it up
for you but I can't read Portuguese.

I see, you want to receive email using your own domain name.
Yes, your web host is the best source for that information. If they
claim not to support Windows Mail, tell them you'll take their OE
setup instructions, because WM uses the same settings as OE.
If you run into a problem, get back to us.
Yes, you can mention your hosted domain here.
