I am looking for a way to change programmatically the selected item in
a folder...I easily can retrieve the selected item using the Selection
property of the folder object, but how could I change it?...your help
will be greatly appreciated...tia...Loren

Outlook provides no method to change the selection. Depending on what programming environment you're working in, you might be able to use SendKeys.
