My IE is opening screens that are smaller than filling the space below the
toolbars. Seems that I remember a registry change where I can restore the
setting. I do not want full screen, just want it to open windows that fill
the screen below the toolbar. Can someone help?

Thanks!
Bill

Hi Bill,

This is one way:
1) Open just *one* instance of IE
2) Use your mouse to stretch it to the size you want
3) Close the IE window, only using File>Exit from the menu on top

IE should open the size you want.
