Changing registry keys remotely

I am trying to change a registry key for all of the PC's
on out network (75 PC's). I have the reg file written and
tested on Win XP. The problem is I can not access the
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT remotely via regedit. I can not add it
to the login script because you need administrator rights
for this.

Any ideas?
