Changing Registry key Ownership via command line utility

We have some issues with Adobe Flash and Acrobat Reader 8.0 that corrupted
some Registry keys on multiple computers. Basically, they've set the
permissions to EVERYONE = Read, and, correct settings can only be applied by
taking ownership of the key, THEN changing the permissions, then reinstalling
the products.

While I know how to change permissions using SECADD or other utilities, I
have not been able to find a command line utility to take ownership of a key.

Does anyone know of one?

Thanks!
