You might be better off (depending on where you live) to ask around
the local Korean community for someone who can help the lady and set
things up for her. Usually there are second generation Korean young
people who will be happy to assist her for free. Most of them are
bi-lingual and will not have the difficulty of understanding the
Korean dialogs and menus.
