ok, i took my 60 gig, broki it into 3, 19 gig partitions with a 1 gig
partition as a "linux-style" swap file. i then converted my disk to dynamic
(simple) leaving the "C" partition basically alone, however i want to mount
the other 2 partitions within the "C" volume as a folder, and you guessed
it, i want them as Documents and Settings and Program Files. i hope i was
clear in describing my situation and look forward to any elp

Download and install TweakUI:

Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP (TweakUI)
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/p.../powertoys.asp

After installing, go to Start > Programs > PowerToys for Windows XP >
TweakUI. Expand "My Computer" and click on "Special Folders".
You can easily change the location of the folders there.

that was my first thought as well, but there isnt a "program files" nor
"documents and settings" setting that will allow those folders to be moved,
programs is there, as well as my documents etc.
