To experts out there,
Is there a way to send a email with a pictures so that the pictures
contantly changes as the recipient reads the message? I am using outlook 2007.

You mean like an animated gif-file? Yes, you can do that but note that
Outlook 2007 doesn't display gif-file animations. However, if the recipient
is using another mail client which support gif-file animation, the animation
would still play even if you have sent it with Outlook 2007.
