How do I change the ownership of the System from its
original owner to me?

You will have to run regedit.exe and change every occurrence
of the original owner's name to your own.

To fix the information for Win2K, you can use Start > Run >
Regedit.exe to edit:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\RegisteredOwner

&

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current
Version\RegisteredOrganization
