Help!!

I am trying to figure out how to allow the files in my
Owners folders to be shared with the rest of my home
network. When I go to My Computer, and right click on
the Owners Folder, select the security option, the box
that I need to check to allow sharing is not highlighted.

Rhe folder above it, Documents and Settings is fully
shared,why can't I change the Owners file setting to
allow sharing?

Does anybody know how to do this? If so, please send me
an email to (E-Mail Removed)
