Surely you are not going to internally connect to an Exchange Server via the
POP3 protocol?
You can create a customized installation source to deploy Outlook with
Exchange account configuration. You can also create a separate configuration
or prf-file. See the Office Resource Kit of your Outlook version for more
details.
