The change is relatively straight-forward (or, at least. it was for me).
Set your delivery location to be the Exchange mailbox and then open each
folder in the PST, select all the items with CTRL-A, and choose Edit>Copy to
Folder, specifying the appropriate mailbox folder as the destination. With
the Calendar, you'll have to switch to a table view like By Category before
CTRL-A will work.
