Hi,
After a large print job(Windows XP, home version) I now
find that I cannot adjust the number of copies in the
print popup window. No matter how many times I reset it to
1 it comes back as 99. I tried to reset the default
parameters with no luck. I would appreciate any help
available. It happens with either of the printers(one is
HP one is Samsung).
Thanks.

Uninstall and reinstall the printer in question.
