My ISP blocks the NetBIOS port for "security" purposes. Is
there any way to have either port forwarding or completely
change the default port from 139 to something I choose?

Hi,

The port for NetBIOS cannot be changed. NetBIOS over the INternet is
unreliable as many ISPs drop NetBIOS traffic. You should consider using a
VPN.

Thanks,
