Changing name that was used to setup the computer

We use a RIS server to image new computers to Windows XP pro for our network.
The only problem we have is that the name of person that normally would ask
for the name and company if installing from CD, it automatically puts it in
based on the A/D account used to RIS the machine. This causes problems when
our end user may open a excel file on the network and it reports as locked to
another user trying to open the same file, but instead of showing the name of
the user that has the file locked, it shows the name of the person who setup
the computer. Is there way to change that information? Thanks
