I have Office Enterprise 2007 when I loaded the program to update from 2003
all programs appearance changed but Outlook, it still looks like 2003. How
do I get the appearance to change so that I can use the new functionality.
Everything indicates I'm using 2007 except I can't use it like 2007.

There is no Upgrade version of Office Enterprise. Where did you get the Enterprise
version from. You can only have 1 instance of Outlook installed . Did you deselect
Outlook on installation of the Enterprise version. Something does not sound right
here.

Outlook 2007 does not have the 'menu' appearance of the other 2007
components, its still similar to 2003
What new functionality do you believe you are missing?
