Changing MSI Property after Build

Hi All,

I'm making a rebrand batch file for our msi installer for a customer and I'm
using MsiDb to change bmp's which are the main branding for the product, I
also have a single property which is the product name I'd like to change
from my batch file too. My question is

What is the easiest way to do this please.

I need to send the re-branding batch file to a customer, I don't mind
including small tools with it and I don't mind using API's to write a small
exe to include if I need too but I'd like to try an avoid that.
