Is there a way in Outlook 2003 to change the Month view to have Saturday and
Sunday on their own (not split)?

To show Saturday and Sunday in separate boxes in the month view, choose View
| Current View | Customize Current View | Other Settings > clear the box for
"Compress weekend days"
