changing or modifying default page for form confirmation

I see that by default, FP is using a page called
/_vti_bin/shtml.dll/rsvp.htm (rsvp being the name of my form page) on
my remote site to display success when someone fills out a form
properly.

Is there a way to modify this page to let's say just change the
hyperlink or add a theme to it?

For some reason, I can't "see" my _vti_bin folder on the remote site.

Also, I do see where I can point to another page that I can create on
my own (under Form Properties, Options, Confirmation page) when form
data is collected. Aside from displaying a "success" message, are
there any other variables or form info I would need to have in this
page?

TIA.

You would have to use the "Custom" confirmation page and not the default. You can include whatever
content you want on this page, as long as the page doesn't use any server-side scripting, such as
ASP. PHP, SSI, etc.

You do not have access the _vti-bin on the remote server.

File New Page and select the Confirmation page template
Then right click your form for properties options and select your new confirmation page

Muchos gracias senor....this worked like a charm. I just had to
substitute the correct variable names for the form fields I was using.
