If you have a retail XP CD and not simply a restore CD from an OEM
then this will be very easy.
Simply move the drives
Set your BIOS to boot from the CD
Start System, boot from the XP CD, and choose to do a repair install
(in place upgrade) of XP
This will re-install XP and will update it to the settings and drivers
for the new MOBO and CPU etc. All of your install programs etc will
be intact afterward as well as any personilization of XP itself.
You will have to re-activate after the install.
To find out how to do a repair install go here.
