Changing languages

Hi. I wanted to install language support for the Korean
language. I went to Start\Settings\ControlPanel\Regional-
Language Settings; installed Korean from my CD, added text-
input support for Kroean, and then changed to regional
settings to Korean. Now, if I get a message in Korean it
will display correctly. However, when I key-in data, such
as in an email message to someone, all the text is still
in English. I would like to type the message (or Word
document if I'm doing a Word doc) in Korean and not
English. I basically was not able to get this to work.
Any help with this would be appreciated, thanks.
